What we collect

When you book a session or register for a tournament we collect your name, mobile number and, optionally, your email address and notes. For mobile-banking payments we store the transaction ID and any receipt image you upload.

How we use it

We use these details only to manage your booking or registration, verify payments and contact you about your visit. We do not sell your data.

Who can see it

Only authorised cafe staff can view booking details. Your booking can be looked up online only with both its reference and the mobile number used to make it.

Retention & requests

Contact the cafe to ask for a copy of your details or to have them deleted, subject to records we must keep for accounting.
