Requests and confirmation

Online bookings are requests until the cafe confirms them. You can check the status at any time on the Track Booking page using your reference and mobile number.

Payments

If you pay in advance by bKash or Nagad, your payment is checked manually by staff. Your booking is not confirmed until the payment has been verified.

Arriving

Please arrive 10 minutes before your start time. Stations may be released to walk-in guests if you are more than 15 minutes late without letting us know.

Cancelling or rescheduling

To cancel or move a booking, contact the cafe by phone or WhatsApp with your booking reference as early as possible.
